I'm having trouble understanding. If you're meaning that the price realised on Bouldercombe is higher than the average daily QLD price; this is all the benefit of having semi-scheduled and rapidly dispatchable generation. I think many modellers fail to see this as they only look at daily averages.
Do keep in mind that there are two different axis on that chart however.
