I read it differently.
Someone just dumped $209k worth into the sell and the buyers sitting there at 18c and 17.5c got their orders filled.
The steam appears to have gone from the buy side as the sell side builds up with orders closer to the market.
This looks like it will move sideways until we get closer to some of the projects being further derisked.
In the meantime, patience.
