At almost 1.4 billion share on issue these transactions (1.2m) are less than 0.1%. So I wouldn't expect to see anything. Remember there were 50m shares changing hands in May without notification. At the time than Genex were forced to address speculation and released an announcement clarifying that it wasn't J-Power selling any shares.
