I was thinking more about any water inflow from rain, surface runoff etc into the pit they are dewatering to get water level below where the tailrace tunnels are to be dug / exit.

Significant inflows —> more pumping —> more cost (although it could be GNX own power) + possible delays / drag on construction timelines.
