This stock seems to hit a wall at 18 cents. Management have really done a great job to date... People complain about not enough information being released, but they re governed by pretty strick ASX rules and also prefer managment to focus on the long term prize rather than creating short term trading opportunities for day traders who really are not your core stable investors but do provide liquidity for those that need to get out. They have 2 operating and cash flow positive solar plants, a battery plant that seems to be going well but still probably being optimized in a pretty scetchy market. The hydro is coming along and hitting construction targets ( only set back here was the fault encountered in the access tunnel from memory which is prettty darn good for a project like this so the entire contingency was used up in changing the access ramps and then more cash found to reinstate it. It is continually derisking as it hits miles stone after miles stone. I am unsure where the wind project is going but again from memory it is funded via a JV with the Japanese investment vehicle. Funding is hard to get and agian from memory was probably a little too generous, but it did get funding in a tough market so again well done management.
I look at the numbers and at 18 cents it still looks good value. Is the continual selling at 18 cents simply people getting out having got in at the lower levels and if so this has to run out soon. No blame here for taking what is a nice up tick profit, but normally you would see this as selling at 18 then pulling back to 18.1 and so on thus improving profits all the time,
Other conclusion is that I am missing an important part of the jigsaw. Appreciate some insights as to what I have moissed and why 18 cents is such an important threshod to break?
