It depends.
Put it this way, I'm not currently buying. Although the tax offset is an interesting and very tangible development.
I'm roughly predicting AUD c.12om for the 50 MW, c.200m for 100m MW stage 2 and 300-400m for the pumped system. All up that's around c.$620-720m of capital investment
Avoid looking overseas to estimations of PV pricing, Australia is a very different beast. Look to Broken Hill, Nyngan, Moree, and Royalla.
PV varies a lot, especially when they add tracking. (Note: I don't like the economics of tracking).
