My biggest concern is the technical feasibility (and modelling) on the storage project. I suspect capital requirements will be somewhat higher than expected and BFS delivery time frame to be longer. These guys are not technical and have little technical expertise on their side. Their best technical people are Arran McGhie (competent but no experience in renewables or PV) and new grad Harrison Holihan...
Very close second is the massive capital investment required. I do think Simon and Michael are apt people who have a real chance of raising that much cash.
Third is the capital structure - that is debt/equity ratios and hence resistance to capital market shocks. All the while managing to do this while avoiding too much dilution and actually generating SP returns.
