If you find comment on Energy Australia re the hydro financing - they hope to have it complete by end of year.

This tells me GNX will sit around thumb twittling for another 12 months. Recall GNX thought by end of April they would have finance locked up.

So, essentially there are two head winds

1) the finance for Hydro
2) the court case in QLD supreme court re the 'only sparkies can pick up panels off the back of the truck'

Man, it can be 12 months of absolute NO HEADWAY.

3) no govt policy to encourage renewables
