negotiations with Powerlink are already complete... from memory - GNX will contribute to the cost of the line upgrade as well - also the O&M costs... which AFAIK is part of the reason that the equity partner to be announced has been a somewhat drawn out final process... working out the finer details of how cost sharing will occur etc.

Agree that the PH project hitting FC will not cause cashflow the next day... but there will be certainty of the revenue then occurring... again, from memory - it is anticipated to be ready to hand the "keys" to EA in FY22 - so not a terribly long time in construction phase.

The two solar farms and Como Gladstone will be fully operational before PH begins generation - I do feel that GNX will be in a good position once this occurs.

Not sure if TLT is a good comparison for use of estimation of valuation... GNX has good diversification of where their solar is generated.... but a vastly different sized portfolio - and currently pure solar play vs a pure wind play.
