    let's assume hypothetically they do -
    if GNX were aware of the 'change in conditions' prior to the MOU with JP on the K2W, then this is the the play of the year...securing both K2H and W. if so well done management. but then again this is a hypothetical and I'm on a Sunday sesh... haha
