They still have 6 business days so it’s not delayed as yet. The JV partner is happy with the deal and the parent company has to go through all the detaiils and approve it. Being a long term asset with fixed income for up to 30 years it’s possibly a super fund or large organisation that probably moves slow to their drum. I f there is an issue I would speculate that itt could be an international company and they are probably sweating with the increase in the Aussie dollar!!
