and the ratio is also there for every type of plant.

if instead you measure to total area of land consumed by the FF plant (AND its mine) OR has its land value degraded by the side effects of using the plant ...

Then suddenly when you consult allthe scince all your previous certainty that the only the way the future will go is away from FF and towards a technology with less damage to the rest of the country.
So you could suppose it might be nuclear but adding baseload nuclear to the mix costs more power MWH for start off and then leaves the more expensive harder part of the problem to solve behind.

OR you can choose to somehow run the nuke plants in a peaking non-baselaod way but that their cost per MWH just goes up even more.

Given how cheap and low productivity our outback land is then going RE is a total no-brainer on costs alone. VS all comers at current or projected prices.

Please note that while I am a holder that is not what decided all the above stuff at all. I am a holder because I know the truth of the above not the other way around.
