I would have thought (or hoped) that we had sufficient expertise / competency and Aust owned so that Arena funding did not have to be provided to offshore owned / controlled entities to deliver critical national infrastructure.
Sadly, looks looks like another case of us ‘becoming tenants in our own land’.
