Of course Motors because it is no good at all for SA. Cook is suggesting that WA has "boundless" quantities of magnetite. That is extremely bad news for the Braemar in SA.
Think just how bad this is for SA. Our magnetite has no water, no power, no transport and no port(s). WA has all those in spades from their hematite mines - all they have to do is switch to magnetite.
No way this can be seen as good for us.
