Geez. Guys and Gals its pretty simple.
Nothing will happen (PNO meeting wise) until the end of August 2011 to allow the company to fulfill its own deadline!! If nothing happens by this date the PNO meeting will be back.
Given the August 2011 deadline and current market conditions the PNO meeting group (from what i understand) are taking a back seat.
IMO we now have the green lights to proceed. Shareholder update stated the following ..
"... planned launch (etc) is scheduled to commence in August. Company currently awaiting regulatory approval of its advertising campaign. Advertising will commence after approval is received.."
From the annoucement today, approval has been....
