Well I'm doing my best here I don't get these Japanese addresses. I thought it was the same address but you are right it is in deed the building next door.
Also, I would hope as number 3 tennant Japan Securities Agents did not vacate.
However, Kokusai Nihombashi is also as mentioned the only one of the three wtih a Standard Lease.
Either way, it is insufficient to cause detriment to distribution guidance and as stated I am sure they are working like crazy to lease it out again.
