"Nuturing" & "Business Planning Skills" - I guess this means spending hundreds of thousands of dollars without being able to deliver a result which lead to being let go?
Anyhow, pessimism aside - the spreads & small volume are causing wild swings with the SP but looking at some of the recent achievements by Kartheek (new GM), CCP could raise back from the dead if this trend continues.

That was over the last ~6months, I am quite excited about the shipment monitoring commercialization effort. There was no revenue figure mentioned in the announcement (which means it was bugger all) but it further expands the product offering.
CCP platform is and has always been solid, they just need the right sales team behind it.
