Yes, I have had a few of these "dog" stocks which I invested in for their fundamentals. ALK is an example. Not so long ago this stock was a dog and the SP was 4 cents. Boy, am I glad I bought some!
CLQ might be a dog today but if they are really sitting on one of the largest Ni, Co deposits outside of the DRC, then I think that it is only a matter of time before the dog sprouts some wings.
