Admittedly this is well beyond me but there was this line
"for the purpose of effecting a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase". i know private companies can have shares aswell but the wording does not seem to rule out a public company.

I don't think this proves Firedland intendeds to by more CLQ but the SPAC does specifically call out Nickel and Cobalt. If Firedland is hunting for more of those then he's hardly going to walk away from the substantial amount of them at sunrise.
