i missed this bit in the last Chairman’s report from the latest Annual General Report.

’At Aura’s subsidiary, Archean Greenstone Gold, we identified some exciting gold prospects within our Tasiast South Project. This project is located only 35 km directly along strike from Kinross’ giant +20 Moz Tasiast Gold Mine.

With the goal of generating optimal value for shareholders, we aim to advance the projects under the subsidiary with detailed plans for Archaen Gold to be released in the near term.’

Having been a shareholder of 2 ASX companies that did spin offs, I’m less enthusiastic than you, but will wait for the detailed plans.
