I'm pleased with the approval, but here's my Report Card on PTX for 2024;

- disappointed no Registrational approval received after much "intimating" that it was on the cards.

- getting strongly positive news this time of year is arguably useless AF.
(I understand that we have no control over FDA timing but my point is that we have been slow (our own fault) to get to this point which is again, disappointing and cumulative in its' negative impact).

- the SP move is underwhelming for mine, in part due to "the market" losing patience and trust in what our outgoing CEO has said and done (or not done).

- Our communication to the market is still poor (being frugal in our communications to the market is plain dumb...we've we done that lots of times over the years).....so, we need better performance here - that starts with the CEO and includes Reach Markets - to wit, when are we getting an updated report from Pitt Street brokers ??

- I remain optimistic about CellPryme, would like a tangible win with it in H1 2025. Something revenue generative is just what we need in PTX.

- Overall grading for 2024 = a weak B-

- I still say this company is a call option play on Miles Prince and to that end, I remain grateful that he's on our team!

- The old CEO needs to go, now, the new "CEO-Elect" needs to start, an Aussie Chair would be great too, and may we leave the "Valley of Death" behind in 2024.

- Kudos to Dr Gav for joining the Board, when you have > $1.5m of your own money invested, you make sh*t happen - everyone else on the Board hang your heads.

May 2025 bring us an A+ and a market cap > $300m.
I believe it will.
