Good question McQuade. I assume Dr Elisabetta Montermerlo was connected with the sub study of the pivotal SOLVE-CRT study. It doesn’t mean she is employed by EBR. In the end, it’s the medical experts who will dictate the uptake of WiSE, based on peer reviewed studies and recommendations.
I think the upshot of the sub study is to prove that candidates for CRT do better with WiSE than without, and not just for those patients selected by EBR for the study.
Anyway it’s a good endorsement for EBR’s tech.
