I suggest that the news of the tests being successful and the submission of the final module are both material and price sensitive, and from a Continuous Disclosure point of view need to be announced.
IMO the current share price reflects uncertainty as to whether the testing will be completed successfully within the given time schedule. Once the testing is completed and the final module is submitted we are on countdown to FDA approval, and commercialisation.
