I based that concern on the jama network paper’s citing of “technological challenges”

it indicates (as I read it) there was a high rate of arterial access complications associated with the implants.

It certainly did not sound like something that just anyone could ‘plug in and play’ which is why I put in the concern about the need for training possibly impacting uptake.

..And I’m not at all savvy on this company so am happy to be corrected.
