    The article is based on pure speculation and is erroneous. LPI has full ownership of its mining concessions and has the right to produce lithium from its old code concessions. Hence the issuance of a quota from CCHEN to mine and export BGLCE from those concessions. FULL STOP. There is NOTHING to report here. This matter was settled by SIMCO in the Supreme Court. FULL STOP. Move on.
