This crap has been doing the rounds for months. It is a non-event. Don't you think that under their fiduciary duties, the company would advise the market if the issues were valid? They are not valid. It is a non-story, with the company moving forward to deliver for shareholders one way or another. As Frank wrote, getting closer now.
