I, like a few others I imagine will wait for certainty before jumping back in. Yes, I have taken a big haircut on LPI, yes, I agree the company is ready to go, however Chile is not and while they sort their policies out nothing of note will happen. @compspy posted a good article but all that reads to me is that nothing will happen this year.
