Sounds like the exception rather than the rule. In this instance I can’t see the stock rallying 4x before a deal. If they are working out a deal (big of) then current equity value is going to be relative to any offer . Anyways I hope they can get a decent price but my expectations and yours on sell price and where management will sell differ I think gets sold 50-70 if there is a buyer
