The 30 million buyout of WA has to be in the deal somewhere. My opinion only is that this exposed who the buyer will be. We will sell you all of this land so you can diversify into Australia after failing with Liontown.
Then take our Chile asset or work with us on it. The logistics will be cheap.........same country, they have dealt with the government there forever and will so will 2040. Gotta be US company. But too many dots I am connecting in my head.

I am speculating but thats what this place is for right?
