"40 to 50 percent of the stage 1 project NPV is a good starting point" - Exactly Gekko, if you factor in Stage two, 50% of NPV for T/O or other finance/debt structure is a total steal. Again based alone of other brines that have sold over the last few years, example when Neo Lithium was taken over. There are several other examples of this.
