    Clearly there is a wide variety of feelings and interpretations stemming from the announcement.

    Im not sure how to interpret Boric's announcement myself. SP took a big hit yesterday but is that just investors that have had enough waiting, giving up?

    I dont see any reason not to push on, personnally.
