I know many disagree here but seems the legal dispute with Codelco is still not settled. nobody will invest in our project (besides maybe Chinese companies) until this is really solved. but interesting that Simco can get such Japanese off-take, whereas we cannot even proceed with Mitsui after ages of collaboration. anyway - we have to wait many months, I guess (EOY and we might get some traction, was what I always predicted). GLTAH!
