Spot on mate, this was always the plan to develop Stages 2 - 4. The announcement by the Govt just formalises what has been in the pipeline for a few years now. The market reaction was driven by the silly headlines screaming that Chile was nationalising lithium. Every country in the world has structures in place to benefit from mining taking place in their country. This announcement by the sounds of it will actually speed up the development of LPI's stages 2 - 4 as the Govt will be keen to show their people that the new Lithium policy works and brings benefit to them.
