the site maybe clear and ready to go.
There are other steps involved,
Clearing is one thing.
What about engineering and planning permits etc.
Maybe they've already done this?
Site analysis, soil testing,
I'm sure the local government will have some sort of laws in place for this.
If so, maybe syr already have all the approvals to proceed with the plant.
