Great news about NS - from a technical perspective Dirt , I can't get excited about the 55c + potential until 38c is broken past . Until then I have some big concerns about most global markets until they can make a definitive decision on whether their trends will continue up or whether we have already commenced a new bear cycle down that could last some years (ie. tops already in place) . Just to name a few markets, I believe the following numbers are going to be significant price areas where the markets will turn strongly one way or the other - Zinc 3800 - 4000 / XJO 5850 - 5900 / SP500 1420 - 1430 / Gold 662 - 667 - i could go on . As for AIM , I'm expecting it to be 29 - 32c around the same time. I'm hoping the majors globally have one more Wave up to new highs to go , but I'm also charting the possibility that once the above numbers are hit on the way back up , if the charts then break down completely from an EW perspective , the next legs down will be greater than what we've just experienced , and just a fast. The only place to be will be short and cashed if it happens. Enjoy the ride back up but keep an open mind is all I'm saying - were the recent declines a warning, or an over reaction ?
