Fact: Lets look at this rationaly and logically.Theres nearly 6 Million in total cash after the last dillution and were are now producing Bullion.
Why vote in favour of a further .7% dillution to raise a pathetic $350K. Are you going to roll or at least allow yourself to ask the question...............

Perhaps just perhaps registering some oposition might just result in a second thought next time 10% of my equity is given to some sharks for a pathetic $4.7 Million because were in a corner.
