    Why would Evraz want to sell his stake if he could T/o the cashbox CFE for an absolute bargain now.

    But I agree with the author of the article, if Evraz doesn't t/o CFE someone else will at these bargain prices.

    Looking forward to seeing where CFE will invest some cash in. Certainly a good time to acquire stakes, companies at bargain prices.
