I have just returned from this meeting with the opinion that
shareholders do not have a bright outlook ahead of them.
I had requested for the reconstruction not to proceed until
they had resolved the issue of funding so shareholders can make a more educated vote and also requested that they bring us upto date of the position of the company.
Their reply was no and all other questions were answered with
refer to the ASX announcements.

I was the only s/holder there so all you believers in the company be carefull as the attitude of the directors in not bringing us up to date of proceedings is a reflexion of why the SP is so down.
IMO I believe if you were there you would have sold out @ 1015am.I would have liked to have informed you all of good news ie the new assets are performing to expectation and they are cash flow positive and the bridging loan is resolved.
Jack it is easy for directors to say what you want to know
over the phone but when they have to go on record it is a different story.
