general meeting and resolutions

Just thought i would remind all holders that voting will give YOU an opportunity to have your say on all resolutions being proposed.This is my opinion only and this is the way i will be voting
Resolution 1-For
Resolution2-For
Resolution3-"That for the purposes of listing rule 7.1 and for all other purposes,the shareholders hereby approve and authorise the issue of a further 159000000 free August 2015 options to those who participated in the placement as announced to ASX on 21 August 2013 and as more fully described in the Explanatory Memorandum accompanying this notice"- Against,IMO they did very well with what was issued,no more.
Resolution 4-"That, for the purposes of listing rule 7.1 and for all other purposes,the shareholders hereby approve and authorise the issue of 127,200,000 August 2015 options at an issue price of $0.0005 each as part of the consideration due to CPS Capital Group Pty Lyd under its agreement to act as lead manager to the placement as announced to ASX on 21 August 2013 and as more fully described in the Explanatory Memorandum accompanying this notice" A big fat NO ,AGAINST,whatever you want to call it,127000000 able to be exercised at half a cent?They are already in the money?Am i missing something?
Resolution 5-For
This is how i am going to vote and naturally different shareholders will have different opinions,this is purely mine,all i can say is i implore every shareholder to vote on these resolutions,and DO IT NOW because i believe voting closes shortly,and everyones vote COUNTS.
