General Meeting D Wall

Can i ask for someone who can shed some light on this, reading the Notice of General meeting contents i am under the assumption the 4,500,000 shares that David Wall purchased in June 2014 will be bought back by the Company at 0.28c on or before 12 June 2017.(subject to shareholder approval)

If this is the case this pisses me as i was buying shares at and around this time thinking D Wall is having a big go and building confidence in the Stock and share price and just to be able to hand them back would be a complete ....... outrage.
