I received in the mail yesterday the explanatory statement for the GM on June 13.
I am new to all this and need someone to spell it out
Tell me do these directors want us to approve and grant incentive options to them valued at 4 cents??
The thing I can not understand that the SP did hit 5c a year or two back. Surely as an incentive we should be setting them the goal for incentive higher than this?
And should we be approving an increase to the increase in director?s fees when the company is not intending to fully utilise the entire increase? Why change it if they don?t need it? Especially when the SP is at 2c a share atm?
I would like to see more runs on the board before we start rewarding the management team huge amounts. PDY is still a small company and they are getting paid really well atm? lets get the price up above 5c and then we can start talking about giving management tidy sums of cash.
Open to feedback good or bad and to clairfy if I have Interpreted anything incorrectly
