I spoke to the company (MOG) directly and the shareholders approval or rejection of the Rankin gig will in no way affect the JV between MEO and their farm-in partner. The two are mutually exclusive - I repeat, what MEO and their JV partner does will not affect what MOG does with Rankin.

Also, the meeting date for this is yet to be decided upon. A date will be set within 28 days of the announcement being made which was last week. I hold MEO and MOG.
