    I have speculated that MOG will have a surprising role in the JV.

    BUT - I would not anticipate that a minority partner could hold up a JV between the controller and potential farmin partner.

    MEO holders (I am also one) are a frantic lot - their sp shows this clearly.

    This theory lacks substance imo
