    EDM is seeking ratification of the issue of 198,200,000 shares issued on 8 Feb 2012. Are these the shares associated with the financing debacle. The resolution and appendices seem vague as to what was done to earn these shares. Are the directors having a lend of us? Should we vote against this resolution on the technically defective proxy form provided with the notice? What do other holders think?
