From my experience, the price usually tanks when the SPP is announced as people can sell their current holding for a premium and re-enter at a cheaper SPP price.
We saw this happen but was very brief and sharp.
Also, instos that take part in the CR at a discount just to immediately sell for a quick buck. I believe the current investors of this CR are not in it for a quick buck and will retain their shares long term.

I think we will start to see value when this CR is behind us and the company can begin to move forward.
