Also the rail goes straight through the tenement to port, unlike other LVocations.
There is existing port and rail capacity, also there a line upgrade due to be finished in 2014. This is thanks to the first Victorian mining boom, Ballarat gold. Some of the gold from those mines now adorns Vic Parliament House.

So we are importing fuel and fertilizer...thats very strange because these are the exact products that Mantle could be converting from its soon to be released JORC resource. Syngas, Diesel, Petrol, Fertilizer are all products that could be sold locally and exported NOT imported.
So why the hell is this not happening....
