invest4it mate, no worries you can buy some at 30c after the JV is announced. Even at that price it will still be around half the price of ESI, so could go plenty higher.

I am not concerned about the delay, I am actually using the time to accumulate on the lows as people get bored, just like I did before.

The delay is because Mantle is dealing in a 50/50 JV with a consortium of many other large companies, this takes time especially if you want to get the best deal for shareholders.

The announcement will come out of no where, without warning, and it will be explosive based on the fundamentals and the technicals IMO.
