I sent my proxy vote as 'Yes' to the issue of shares at 70 cents to Redefine - a South African property trust that wants to enter the REiT-A sector via Cromwell.
The cash from Redefine will enable Cromwell to significantly expand its property and trust portfolio and enable Redefine to get a seat on the CMW Board.
But what I'd like to know is did Cromwell provide today's general meeting with guidance on future distribution levels?
Hopefully the Fin Review will reveal that tomorrow. While 2.0 cents per quarter is good, 2.5 cents would be better.
