No, during the auction a sell at 10c came on for 4916169, soon after an exact same size buy came on.
The buy side, I presume, managed it with other buys which were withdrawn just before settlement enabling a final price of 10c.
Only 40 odd k came off the 10c buy side.
I hope this makes sense.
