As there was no notified x trade it seems a strange way to move shares between accounts.
I think the most likely and simplest answer is there is a big buyer out there who is building a position and taking his opportunities as they present.
It could be a previous large holder who was paring down as the price rose and is now setting himself up for round 2 at the price he started buying at last time?
